Welcome to the forum. Looks like 1974.
We need more info for value. Pictures would really help. Condition is everything. Also barrel length, grips, box, paperwork, etc.?

thank you for the welcome,it has 2 inch barrel and wood grips,no box or papers.i would rate condition at 90% or so.has light handling marks,no rust,very little wear,lock up and timing and bore are perfect.

Ah, M15-3 snubbie, I have one of those. Gave 4 bills for it but that was a few years ago.
I'd say around $500 but prices have gone so crazy lately I'm afraid to guess values.
