Welcome to the Forum!

The most comfortable and readily accessible would be a OWB belt scabbard by one of the reputable makers. IMHO the M10 K frame even in 2" is too large for a pocket or ankle holster. You could even try an IWB holster if you like.

My favorite maker is Kramer Leather but his stuff is very pricey - although I believe his Horsehide belt scabbards to be the best money can buy - period, end of story!

There is a fellow here on this Forum that goes by the name of Lobo Leather. Although I do not own any of his holsters, I see plenty of rave reviews here and never hear any bad things about him or his products. His quality looks pretty good for the very reasonable prices he charges, so that's one place you might want to look at first. There are many members here who swear by his work.

No idea how you'll want to carry, but I suggest something basic and good like the Bianchi Model 5BHL for an outside the waistband holster and their basic inside the pants rig for deeper concealment. Don Hume also has similar, very good models.

Lobo Leather here has some really fine holsters at sane prices, too. He has one that I especially like the looks of, but I forget the name.

The late holster designer Chic Gaylord noted that your snub .38 on the medium K frame is one of the hardest guns to holster well. Too little barrel for the overall mass of the gun. But it can be done and done well.
