I have been known to favor Memphis BBQ. Since 1975 or so, each Wednesday has found me at my favorite BBQ establishment. Since 1993, this has been my favorite:



So maybe a couple of years back now, I went there one day, and much to my wife's surprise, came home with this:



It a Model 19-2.


There is a story behind that. The late Bill Johnson was co-owner of this establishment. He remarked he had a 2 1/2" Model 19, and wished it was a 4". Well, by coincidence, I had an extra 4" that I wished was a 2 1/2". So we swapped then and there, even Stephen. Matches my newer Model 19:
