Me neither. There were other square butt I frames like the Regulation Police and some 22/32 Kit Guns available in square butt so a Square butt Terrier is not impossible. With S&W you learn to never say never. After all, they did build one N frame 22. I don't think a square butt Terrier was ever catalogued but there could have been a special order. They would have to be very rare if they exist at all.
It wasn't called a Terrier, but I believe there was a 2" square butt 38 S&W built for the Post Office(?) in the late Thirties. It's not a real common or well known variant, but D Wilson or Hondo44 over on the 1896-1961 Forum could probably fill you in on the details.
