Default Looking to replace 38 cal brush and cotton swab & latch for pres. case

Trying to restore a presentation case and need a 38 cal bronze brush and swab that fits the space in a presentation box. Has anyone had luck finding one thats the right size? I also need the latch and 5 nails, I know you can get hinges that match but the latch is not available anywhere . Its a tall order but who knows.
