Default 27 Sent back for service

Hi guys, I sent a 27 back for refinish about a month ago and have not received any kind of confirmation, just wondering if anyone else has sent a gun back and how they handle it?

They are many months behind. Did you send it tracked so you know it did get there?

My 29-2 was there for 14 months.
Took 11 months before they even evaluated it.

You will be happy when you get it back. They do very nice work. Unfortunately, they have gotten very busy over the past several years and the wait times have increased accordingly. You'll really like the work when you see it.

My experience with them has been this;
If in warranty, the three times that I had to send them a gun, I had it back within 12 days! No kidding! The last one was my model 41. It came back a few weeks ago. They had it for 9 days.

Not in warranty, the one that I sent in, a model 15, took 7 weeks.
That was 2 yrs ago.
