Acquired a 10-7 .38Special revolver, 5"bbl, 6shot.
Serial# 8D43883
Other numbers below 10-7 are 89731, F2
Can anyone tell me the date of manufacture?

Probably 1981. The Model 10-7 was current from 1977 to 1988.
