What's your favorite Model 2x?
I'm starting to try and find quality Model Twenty-somethings and wanted to see what the favorite is. Caliber doesn't matter. I've got the 27, 28 and 29 covered. What should I go after next?

The easiest would be the model 25 (.45 ACP and Colt). A pre-model 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 26 will be somewhat easy to find, the first one and the last three more so than the other two, but finding model stamped examples of all these will be challenging. Mike Venturino (the Guns Magazine writer) did it and wrote several articles about it, then sold nearly all of them. Good luck in your search!

A collection that included examples of a model marked 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 26 would be most impressive. The 25, 27, 28 and 29 are easy.

Go for M25's next, in both ACP and Colt calibers. I find them most fun to load for and shoot. You did ask what you should 'go after' next.

Any of the 2x somethings in a 4" barrel would make a great addition to any collection.

Get a 25-5...you won't regret it. 45 Colt is amazing.
So far I have 25-5 and 28...and several 62x that don't count for this thread :P . Would like a 29 and 27 at some point myself.
