Default Dates for 15-3 and 13-2?

Hi Folks,

I'm a new member and have been looking at the forum for a few months. I just started to purchase classic revolvers and was hoping for a lift for some information on these two:

15-3 serial 8K57957
13-2 serial 4D65271

Thanks very much, look forward to learning from you all.
