My Christmas gift.
I bought myself a Christmas gift with my bonus if that's allowed  It's a model 10-7 and made 1981 with pinned barrel and I don't feel to bad with the price $395 out the door as it feels brand new and after seeing the trade -in's at BGS selling for $319 plus FFL and tax.

Nice choice. I didn't know they made that classic configuration as late as '81. I could imagine Humphrey Bogart with one like that.

S&W is making a Mod 10 Classic now which looks like a 10-8 to me with round butt and I think it's $739 for a remake ..
I think this will make the older models is nice shape fly off the shelf if it's priced below or someone looking for the craftsmanship of a given era that the Mod 10 Classic does not have..
