Are you sure that it is a no-dash Model 63? That serial number puts it manufactured in late-1987 and should be a - 1 model without a pinned barrel?

Anything is possible with S&W though.

Default Yes its a 63
It is cleary stamped with 63 and no dash, but you are correct it is not pinned, go figure.

Default First Rule of Smith & Wesson
There are no rules. Your 63 was misstamped - it happens. On the forum we have seen misstamped, wrong stamps, no stamp, and over stamped S&W's.
