Default One of my semi unicorns

I realize that to most of y'all this is a run of the mill but when I had money I could not find one and when I found one I did not have money. I have been wanting a nice 41 Mag to at least finish my major revolver calibers. I picked this one up this weekend along with 2 boxes of JHP's for $750. Good or bad I am happy and that is what matters to me. It is N6704xx Model 57 no dash, so that should put it 79-80, original grips, pinned and recessed and the other side is as good. Sorry about the pic only had my phone. Thanks for looking

Default Neat

That is a very nice looking revolver and at a very good price too compared to what it would cost in my neck of the woods. Enjoy!

Enjoy your visit to College Station. Be sure to visit the Dixie Chicken, and hit up Sodolak's for a great steak.

There used to be a neat family gun shop/outfitter across from campus if you have free time to stop and shop.

Oh, I got my first 41 in 1995 (from a retired Chief of Police, it was his retirement gun) and have been hooked ever since. I have been bitten hard by the 41 mag....I own several different S&W's and a Marlin in that 'cult' caliber.

I just picked up a Model 357 NightGuard in 41 Mag. BNIB for 750. I too have been looking for one for a very long time. Congrats.

N6704xx: N580,001 – N790,000…...1980 (manufacture).

A .41 Mag is one of the very, very few calibers I have never fired. My Dentist has the only one I have ever held. He keeps it in his office.

Congrats on your newest!

It's always good to get one on the "list".

Congrats to the OP. Nice grab. I have been looking for a shooter grade 4" P&R for some time now. 41's are hard to come by in my area and it seems everything you see on line is high condition and priced accordingly.

Very nice - I've never met a .41 Magnum owner/user that wasn't happy with that caliber. I'm a .357 Magnum guy, but would love to someday get a .41 Magnum - a .44 Magnum is simply too much for me.

Regards,

Dave

PS - Hook 'em!

SFPD had a short dalliance with the 57.

Nice score!
