Letter Arrival Time Update

Just received the letter for my 1973 vintage Model 36. Mailed my check/request on August 20, 2015 ... letter arrived November 21, 2015. Three months and a day ... not bad!

Mailed another request nine days earlier (August 11th), but that letter has yet to arrive.
