Model 10 Snubnose

I have a beautiful 10-7 snubnose, serial # AFB 48XX, can someone date this gun for me and give me a value, gun is at least 95% with original grips, it is not pinned.

Catalog dates it to 1984.

JUst a guess without photos, but I've been shopping for a decent model 10 in 4" and looks like I will pay $400-450 for a shooter grade without box, papers, and tools.
