If you own (or know who owns) the S&W Model 68, s/n 7K70675, 6" stainless steel (.38 Special only) California Highway Patrol revolver, please contact me. I have a 1983-dated factory letter that I will mail to the current owner free of charge upon verifiable proof of ownership.
