Default Need some ID and value help on 3 revolvers

I just got these on consignment for an elderly lady and I'd like to get her the appropriate value on each item. Any help with date of manufacture, value, etc would be greatly appreciated.

First up is a nickel 36-1 with 3" barrel

Next a 15-5 6" barrel with box, etc.

And last is a .22 (K frame?)

The model 36-1 is from 1977 and is worth $450-500.

The model 15-6 is from 1986 and is in the same range, perhaps $500-550. Having the original box is a big plus.

The last one is a very early post-WW II K-22 Masterpiece from 1947. It has features that were only used for about 1 year. It is worth at least $1000, more with the original box and contents or with an online auction bidding war. Hope this is helpful.
