Default Rescued a model 37-1 yesterday

Stopped by my local pawn shop yesterday. He had a nice 37-1 that I need like another hole in the head, but it did fill the hole between my 37 no dash and 37-2. One little nick on the cylinder and one on the butt, otherwise I would say 95% condition. Looks like someone probably fired a couple of cylinders, cleaned it and left it in their sock drawer for the last 30+ years. Besides, I just couldn’t bring myself to leave it in that case surrounded by Rugers.

Also, under the left stock are two stickers. I’ve never come across these before. Are they by any chance from inspectors? If not, any guesses as to what they are for?

I may be wrong, but I have a couple with those same stickers. They were on them when I bought them. They were on them from the factory. My guess they are factory inspector stickers.

The 37 is an ideal carry gun. I have one along with a 38 and 42.
Just slip it in your back pocket. Best

Nice looking little gun. I've kind of been considering one that is for sale locally in comparable condition. Mind if I ask what you paid for yours? Just for comparison purposes.

$399 + tax. Probably a little high, but they don't seem to show up very often.
