Default Model 36 flat latch

I found a model 36 flat latch in my lgs. Nickel with round diamond stocks. 3 inch barrel. It's in very good condition. No box. What's a good price. Tag says $499.

I've been watching for one as you describe. Would offer $400 but would be prepared to pay the asking price if it is really nice. Good luck.
