help with year 38 special please
hi guys I have a model 10-7 serial 4D157xx blue 2" barrel 38 special , I'm trying to identify . could somebody please help . thanks guys , Charlie :-)

That serial number puts it at 1979.

Welcome to the FORUM! A 2" K frame had eluded me for quite a while. I got a 10-5 in March. A cool little gun in my book. (1974) Takes yours out and burn some rounds. Bob

thanks twiki357 for the prompt reply , you guys are awesomeness . Trying to upload a couple of pics for you guys . the Derringer excam Hialeah fla I used to carry in my pocket , it's a mod ta Cal 38 sp .

I plan on it banana man , have a 2 yr. old son now and ready to start him on some gun safety . his mom got him nerf guns for Christmas with no safety course . he almost put his eye out first thing . bad mommy .

I think your gun is more likely mid to late 1978.
