Default Getting started

I just recently, today, as a matter of fact, I added my first 629 in the form of a 629, no dash, R&P, 6 inch barrel, to my collection. Now I am looking for a 629-3 or -4, 5" barrel Classic (with the full lug) to my collection. I have checked and monitored several sites and have not found any, but plenty of the 29s are out there, it seems. Don't get me wrong, the 29s look good, but I have always been a SS fan. Are the 629 5" Classics rare, or is it a case of just being at the right place at the right time?
If anyone knows of someone wanting to get rid of one, let me know.
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum! Be sure to keep checking the classifieds here. I 've seen plenty of 629's come and go. There's one listed right now. Good luck with your search!
