Default S&W Grip Identification

Need some help in the identification of this set old old grips I have had for over 35 years.

See attached pictures

On inside of R grip is the number 184603

N frame Magna stocks. Probably shipped on a revolver bearing number N184603 in 1973.

It looks to me like the stamped steel washer wasn't crimped down as tightly by the rivet as they usually were. I wouldn't think that is a big deal . . .
