Default 1962 S&W Model 53 Rem Jet

I recently acquired a 1962 S&W Model 53 Rem Jet with a 8 3/8" barrel. I don't know much about this gun other than it was engraved in house by a guy named Raymond Giquette and signed. I have the documentation stating it was engraved by this man. Does anyone have any information about Raymond Giquette. I cannot find him on the internet and am curious to know if this adds value to this gun or not. Took it to my local gun shop and they couldn't tell me anything either. As far as I know it has never been fired since the engraving and bluing (1986). I have the original box and wood grips as well. Have I acquired a treasure?? Any answers would be a appreciated.

Are you indicating that it was reblued and engraved at the same time?
It would help your cause down the road to get it lettered by S&W.
Just my $0.02.

Where's the pictures?

You have acquired a very fun gun to shoot.

Did you get the cylinder inserts that allow shooting 22lr?

The PPU 22 JET ammo is about $0.50 per round

There's a resizing die that let's you neck down .357mag cases to form 22 Jet cases.Virgin PPU unfired cases are about $15/50.

Sorry I forgot the pictures. Here is the documentation and some of the engraving. Hard to capture the details of the engraving. Not sure if it was re-blued at the same time as engraving, hard to tell from the bill....
