Default Dating M19-3

I have a (now) 3 7/8” barrel Model 19-3. I was wondering how to tell date of manufacture by serial number. Is there a chart somewhere?

The Serial# is 9K347XX

They sell it in digital form and you can put it on a smartphone or tablet and take it with you to the gun shows.
