Looks like it to me although it's a J frame so I'm not sure if they are called PC Magnas.

No. They are standard J Round butt stocks. PC Magnas refer to square butt stocks for K or N Frames that have a significant radius of the bottom of the stocks side to side as opposed to standard square butt stocks that are flat bottomed.
