Default Help with Pricing Please 357 27-2 in Nickel

Good day all! Would you kindly give me an idea of the value of this 357 magnum model 27-2? Serial number is N435921 - which I think makes it manufactured in 1978 (please correct me if I'm wrong). It probably needs a good hour on the bench to get it cleaned up.... other than that I may have shot it 10-12 times since I bought it about 6 years ago. Thanks in advance for any help.

Welcome to the Forum.

Do you have the wooden presentation box and tools? My guess would be in the 1K plus range. A lot depends on your location too.

In NC I'd expect to see about $1000 on it in a retail location.

Is that a 6" barrel gun?

I can't say what you would price it at locally, since I live a long way away from your area, but off of GB I would guess that you would be able to get $800-1000 easily if you clean it up and wax it and take good pics for the auction. If you had box, tools and documentation you could get another $200-400 more depending on the shape of the box and tools.
