Default 19-4 Parts needed!

Changing from a 6" to a 2.5" and I'm lacking the center pin for the 2.5" barrel on a 19-4. Any help would be greatly appreciated. For some damn reason this particular part alludes me. Even a list of a few good parts shops would help.
Thanks

If your taking about the center rod that goes in the extractor assy, I think you could shorten one from a full length assy. I am going to but a 2 1/2" barrel on a K frame I have and my plan is to shorten the rod and the threaded "tube" and then carefully knurl the tip of the tube portion.

Jack First Gun Parts has many hard to find parts for all brands of firearms, including S&W.

Jack First Gun Parts

Ebay is also a good source.....but buyer beware, check photos carefully and look at the seller rating.
