Default Model 19-2 6" Deep Blue Steel

Hi, Just trying to determine the year made and value of this pistol.
I purchased this pistol when i was 23 years old (around 1975) used in a gun shop.
The gun shop owner said it belonged to a policeman that turned it in on a new purchase. Model 19-2 6" Blue Steel
It's got that deep blue finish, and is still in excellent condition.
The serial # is K5569XX
Approximately when was this manufactured, and approximately what is the value of this gun. It has the pinned barrel, and recessed chambers.
Thanks,
Rmccall869

Thanks Guys. I don't have a pic yet, I haven't figured out how to load onto the computer yet.
Will do when I get help from my kids.

Your serial is likely around 1964 which is fairly early for a 6" Combat Magnum since the 6" version first appears in 1963.

Post some pics when you get a chance.
