Default A couple Model 10's join the herd

I bought these about a month ago and now that I'm done working on my son's two rifles I got a chance to pull them out and give them a good cleaning.

1st is a 10 no dash with grips numbered to the gun. Great shape with little wear.

2nd is a 10-5 4" round butt. Grips do not serial the gun and it appears the side plate has some discoloration on it (possible replacement?)

I've got a couple more revolvers that were purchased last month that I hope to get to this week as well.

So, SC of SW 4th shows C4571xx to be 1960 approximate manufactured date, but no telling when shipped. Maybe March of 1961?

That's a handsome pair of Model 10s!

FWIW, serial C477768 shipped December 29, 1959.
