Default Quick question about 15-4 hammer & trigger

Going to look at a newly listed 15-4 at my LGS momentarily.
Description says it has a target hammer and trigger. If so, would it have shipped that way or is that an aftermarket change?

1977 vintage.

I'm at work ... can't really surf around the forum for the info.

Thanks!

Alot of people mislabel what hammer and triggers the guns really have by accident or whatever. It might actually have a target hammer and trigger and it could have shipped that way.

In any case - IMO - target hammer and trigger very desirable in the 15.

Most came with the service hammer and trigger, but all sorts of variations are possible. Standard trigger and Target hammers or both Target parts are possible. Only a letter of authenticity would tell you if they are original, but if they work well together it may not matter to you.
