Nice gun!

I had some finish marring on the lower left side of the frame and right cover plate on one of my model 36's, so I decided to go looking for some larger grips to maybe cover up the damage (while retaining the original grips that are numbered to the gun.)

To my amazement, I found a nice pair of era appropriate factory wood target grips for j-frame (on Ebay, I think) for only $40. The factory target grips are nice because they aren't serial numbered to the gun....(I don't like serial numbers on grips that don't match the # on the gun.)

Keep your eyes open...you may find a set, too.

Took this little guy to the range, well ok we shoot in the yard. I couldn't hit the black at 10 yards but our best shooter put four out of five in 2" so I need practice. Found some shooter grade diamond magnas for it( I know wrong year but $19, for the range ) and also these smooth magnas. Both found here on the forum, thanks guys!
