Default Model 43 Serial Number/Grip Questions
Howdy,

Got my eye on a yet-to-be-seen Model 43, serial # 115XXX.

Going to check it out tomorrow morning.

Would someone please provide an estimated ship year and whether or not it should have diamond magnas on it?

Serial numbers for 1965-1969 are 108087-135464. I'm pretty sure it would have had diamond Magnas. The M43 I used to have shipped in June 1968 and it had diamond Magnas. It was also in the # 1157xx range.

Will take some photos tomorrow when the sun is out. It's a beauty.
