Default Identify this S&W Revolver

I'm hoping someone can help identify this gun?
Serial #346216 or 946216 (its hard to read the small #'s)
On the top of the barrel dates are listed. On the side of the barrel OTG 32 is possibly listed. Any help is appreciated. Due to rust on the barrel, its impossible to read what's written. Thanks

Is that the number from the bottom of the grip frame? It seems to resemble an assembly # more.

346xxx sounds right . I think I have something similar around 250xxx. I think it's called an M&P?

CTG = the abbreviation for Cartridge. NOT OTG. It might say '.32 WCF CTG' or '.32-20 CTG'. That would indicate it is chambered for .32 Winchester Centerfire Cartridge.
