29-2 Serial Number
I’m looking for the production date on a 29-2 with 8 3/8 barrel, serial number N313061 and any other pertinent information. Thanks.

Mid-1976 is a good estimate of when the 29-2 was shipped.

All .44 Mags shipped in or with wood presentation cases of different styles from beginning. Not sure when the practice ceased, but it would have been after yours shipped, by a good bit.
