These were produced in 2000, so yes you did open the thread in the wrong area.

When you are talking something so limited as a run of 100 pieces among hundreds of thousands (or more) of Model 27 enthusiasts, value is in the eyes of the seller and buyer. There are not enough transactions on the secondary market to develop much of a trend.

I can tell you that 100 is what Bangers set out to produce.

However, it is not uncommon for an order to be closed before it is completely filled or for there to be an extra or so manufactured.

Does the one that you are looking at have a serial number over 100? And would it really change your valuation if say 90 or 110 were made instead of 100?

I bought mine when they were new. I paid what they asked.

Because of the limited run of 100 of each barrel length, I bought them fast. I did not want to lose the opportunity to own the first 8 shot Model 27s ever produced. I wanted them to shoot and have no intention of selling them.

Congrats on the find. Did it include PC case, box, docs, etc. and can you post pics?

Sorry again for wrong place. Like most things that turned out to be to good to be true it was. Another BS game by some idiotic loser looking to take advantage of someone elses hard earned money! I called him out and said i could drive the hour and a half to himand of course had every excuse. Well needless to say i did not get what i thought was a screaming deal. Thanks for the input guys i appreciate it
