#1 would be a Model 28 (probably a -2) and retains the model name of "Highway Patrolman"

#2 would be a .357 Magnum (also referred to as a Pre-Model 27). The barrel length is likely 3 1/2" (+ or -) measured from the muzzle tip to the front face of the cylinder . . . a very desirable revolver.

Please share some pictures and we'll see what else we can identify to assist you . . . plus we always enjoy pictures of fine S&Ws!

I know a little about the Model 15-2 . . . but nothing about one with an Aristocrat barrel . . . sorry, but suspect there are more knowledgeable folks here who do.

If you don't get a response from this post, try another post with the 6" Aristocrat bull barrel in the subject line and a picture . . . that'll bring out the experts.

Welcome! The model 15-2 has an aftermarket barrel and rib mounted to it, likely for a type of competition named PPC shooting.
