Default 45 Cal of 1959 Barrel ??
I have one of these barrels marked 45 Cal of 1959. Kind of a matte finish with the lettering sort of a gold color. Can anybody tell me what I have please? Many thanks in advance.... Duck

I believe closer examination will show that to be "45 Caliber of 1989".

That barrel would have been used on the Model 25-7, .45 Colt.

The 25-7 has a reputation for accuracy and both of the ones I owned lived up to that reputation.
