19-1's are pretty hard to find.
The correct serial number will be on the butt of the gun.
If it has target stocks carefully take them off.

4" Model 19's have their serial stamped in the yoke cut, Im guessing you Wrote an " M " instead of a " K"
If so K469017 is likely a late 1962 to early 1963 gun , if the serial is correct yours would also be on the high side for a 19-1 (I dont track them that close but most seem to be around the K454000 - K465000 range).
On a side note snub 19-2's and 66's usually do not have the serial stamp in the yoke cut because they came standard with Magna stocks that allowed the heel serial to be viewed where the 4" and 6" guns came with target stocks that obscured the serial from quick viewing.

The two that I've had in my possession both were in the K465xxx serial range.

Most of the -1 model variations (all models) were shipped in 1962.
