Default Help on a Terrier-more info, & pics finally

**Cleaning this up-here we go**
I have a friend asking for help on some older guns, one is a Terrier in .38S&W. It's a family firearm, has a box-I believe to be original but waiting on more photos-with the paper, warranty card, cleaning rod and brush.

It's marked 32-1, blue, no diamond on the stocks, serial number is 112236, boxed marked properly, even has the cleaning rod in the plastic bag lol. It has the modern style cylinder release latch and ramp front sight on a 2" barrel. From the photos I have it appears to be in very very nice shape.

Any help on the year is great.

To Upload to Postimage.org, you just need to click Upload from inside the gallery (folder) that you want to put them in, then the Choose Images button, which opens a window to select the images off your computer.

Yes, I tried that but can't get the folder where the pics downloaded to open to upload. A bigger issue is to get a shipping year. Thanks.

SN appears to be about 10,000 lower than the top end of the sn range before the R prefix so late '60s.

Is it nickel? No diamond on the stocks, either, right?

Cheers,

Bob

You bet.

Wow, those are better pics than I saw yesterday. I thought it was nickel. Thom needs that!

Bob, I saw this probably 10 years ago when my friend brought it from his family home to his. Hasn't had it out since except to take those photos.

Anyone out there able to give a year?

I have s/n 103597 that shipped in August of 1965, so probably late 1965 early 1966. The last number in the sequence, according to SCofS&W was 122678 in 1969.
