Default Minty 29-2

Picked up a very nice 29-2 today from a local shop. The serial number puts it in 1979-80. I bagged the factory grips and installed this set of elk stags.

Very nice. I am partial to targets myself but the stags do look good.

Nice 29...
I reckon the 29 is my favorite S&W with the model 19 a
close second. J frame belly guns next.
Here is a 29-2 I picked up a few years ago... I strapped
with some stags.

That's one nice handgun. My 4 inch has presentation stocks that I'm going to change to the Magna style, they just fit my hhand better.
