Default Best Deal: Model 36-1 blue 3" (just a picture)

It's also called a .38 Special Chief's Special. This is a 3".

You can see the slick lines of a S&W revolver. I find it a great pinned revolver in today's market. This one was shipped Aug., 1973. I consider it in good condition.

I consider these to be the best deal in the 1961-1981 era. It's an easy carry revolver with 5 rounds of .38 Special fire-power.

The SCS&W rates a good one at around $300. You will not go broke at $350.

Have fun shopping for one (Very Good is $450).

It is certainly an exceptional small revolver, and was made in stainless for one distributor. Of course, those were in the Model 60 series.

But if you find one today for $350, you're exceptionally fortunate.
