Default Model 36 - Extra Numbers

The CS I just got, J203908, has the number "20869" stamped both on the left side of the frame near the bottom of the handle and on the cylinder, below the "MOD.36" stamp. Are these factory stamps?

Thank you

(have some pics, but unsure how to upload)

Welcome! The extra numbers show the parts were initially fitted and brought back together after finishing, and are generically called "assembly numbers".

Thanks for the welcome

Wow, I sure didn't expect such a quick response! (and I figured the numbers were some non-factory markings)

Thank you !

You're welcome! Post some photos when you can (the instructions are under the FAQ link at the upper left) and welcome to the addiction .
