Default Todays nickeled 57, 6", no dash

I have had an empty display box here for over a year, has all the 57 paperwork & tools minus the brass brush (I need 2.....any help??), gun #747400 arrived today..........cyl line almost non-existent..........good compliment to the box condition.

I think one more display box gun will do me. I have a 4" display box w/.22lr gun in..........I have always assumed .22 did not come in a display box.????? And, I would rather have a 4" 27-2 for that box........if.......that is a correct combo. Barrel points right in this particular box.

Your comment/advice.???

I can only show you an example of SN N754925 which I bought new and came with a right pointing presentation box.

And I did reline the presentation box. Original lining had disintegrated.

Doc 44/ Bill Cross has expert commentary on the presentation cases. 1979 as far as I can tell is when they changed to barrel pointing to right and covered tool compartment.
