Hi Jim
Nobody can tell you exactly when it was manufactured. But that serial number would have been issued in 1971. 3K numbers were spread over two years: 1971-72. The split came at 3K31279.
Ship date could be later, and a letter is needed to tell you when that happened.

15-3 chrome
Just got from an estate place here in North Texas a very nice 15-3 s/n 8K21335 could some one tell me a more ore less manufacturer date? I has no box or paper work only a soft case. Thank You in Advance
