That looks great Sir - is it a recent refinish or done some time ago? Either way, it is a beauty!

Oh no, no more s&w nickel finish. World famous nickel finish.

So how much are my s&w n frames in nickel finish still unfired worth now?

I been saying grab that nickel. This isn’t like the easter bunny with the Cadbury eggs we see once a year. The nickel finish isn’t coming back anytime soon.

So who does nickel refinishing now, I’m looking for quality.

Ford’s Refinishing. Wait until you get it back. It looks amazing, mine sure did!

Ford’s, middle; factory, bottom. BTW I went back to the factory cylinder release on the P&R Model 57 in the middle. Bottom is a Model 29-3.

They still show nickel refinishing and have a price set under their custom gunsmithing services in finishing - revolvers. They have it listed as"High Bright Polish (Blue, Stainless Steel or Nickel) - $275".
