Default Question on Wood Presentation Box

My understanding is that from about 1960 and 20 years or so more S&W made wooden presentation boxes for their N-Frame series. Later wooden boxes had the SW logo 'burned' into the top of them. My question is: did they ever make an early wood box for the K-frames? And if so, what would the dimensions of one be for a 6 inch barrel pistol?

The only K-frame revolver that came with a case (very few of them) was the Combat Magnum. Eight or nine are known to have been shipped with a dark blue case in 1956 and 1957. I have a Class C-engraved 19-3 shipped in the early 70s that letters with a mahogany case (only one I know of). The case dimensions are the same as those for the 44 Magnum, but the bottom insert is made for a K-frame with a 4-inch barrel. See photos below (click on each photo for a better look).

The Texas Ranger commemorative 19-3 are also wood cased both with and without matching bowie knives. I know maybe not strictly speaking what the OP was asking about but they were factory cased K frames and as a Texan, kinda neat (note to self I still need to get one). Those are different from the plain boxes though since they have the State of Texas seal.
