Good afternoon folks,
Now that I have gotten this picture thing figured out, I thought I would post another pic of one of my babies.

That is 1 good looking 19! I don't do finger groove stocks even though I like their looks. I have a 2.5" 66-2. Bob

I have to agree with you to a degree...I can't really decide what looks better on a snubnose revolver...Combats or standard grips. As far as shooting goes, I prefer the Combats due to the size of my hands. I also have a snubnose 66 but it's a -1.

I only have one Mod. 19 left and it's a 19-3 too. Here are both combat & original handles and I can't decide either. I think I have a polished Tyler-T, maybe I'll try that with the originals.

Absolutely gorgeous! Now I am really confused as to which grips look better. A good problem to have I guess

The Combat stocks are pretty on the short-barreled 19s. I have a set or two that I like to save for show-and-tell sessions, but for shooting I prefer Pachmayr Compacs. They’re not much to look at, but I’ve never found anything that works better.

Well if that's the case then Old Bear is obligated to show us some of those snubs.

Round butt target grips aka Banana grips are the best factory IMO......
Don't faint on me; but before discovering Spegel Boot Grips I cut down a couple of Banana's to the bottom of the grip frame for my concealed carry 2 1/2 inch 19..... and my 3" 65.

Hi Gents,
This is a great thread, some real beauties being shown here.
I couldn't resist showing my pair of snubbys. A century separates them, 1870's vs 1970s and .450 vs .357.
Cheerio,
Roy

Thanks for that. The antique revolver is ' sort of' up for sale as I'm raising funds for a large purchase but I kinda hope it doesn't sell as it's one of my all time favorites. The action/trigger is a dream.
Cheerio,
Roy

Gotta love the the 2.5” 19/66s. IF I had to give up all but one of my revolvers, a 2.5” 66 would be the one I keep. For me it has the most utility and sex appeal; the 7 shot, 2.5” 686 is right on its heals.

K frame snubs.....
are just sweet.
Here's a mdl 19-3 that I was fortunate enough to find. I shoot it, just not a lot. It won't spend any time riding around in a holster while I'm out banging around on the ATV either.

Those snubbies are fantastic! Judging by your pics and others in this thread, I can see that I need to step up my photo game.
