Default S&W 60-7 Help

Looking at a Lady Smith 60-7 up for sale. Year unknown and owner emailed disclosing that they bought it used and it:

"may have been fired only a few times prior to that because it had a small burr on the star hand that caused one chamber not to cycle. I had that stoned down by a gunsmith and it’s worked perfectly since"

Can someone tell me what "stoned down" means and am I correct that the owner is talking about the "star hand" located on the back of the cylinder? Appreciate the clarification.
