Default Model 14-2 grip question
Hoping to check out a 14-2 tomorrow.

Did 14-2's ever ship with target grips ... or did they only ship with magnas? I just want to make sure she is sporting her originals.

Haven't seen it yet, so don't know what grips are on it. Just doing my homework ahead of time.

Here's a S&W print ad from 1960. At the bottom they list the options for the Masterpiece series of revolvers. The Model 14 could be ordered with target stocks.
