I think that's a fair price. If it passes inspection for lockup & end shake, you should be telling us you already bought it.

Nice looking revolver. As flagman said, if it passes inspection we will be expecting a range report.

Not a bad price for a pre-1968. I would probably buy it, or, at least, offer $330 OTD and see how far he will drop the price. If I didn't already have over 12 of the things, I would definitely buy it at the price he is asking.

If it passes muster , lay down three $100.00 bills , if that is not taken put down another $50.00...offer to meet him in the middle.

Bring another $50.00 just in case that Pawn Stars TV dickering stuff doesn't work. It appears to be a $400.00 gun....but I have a weakness for old blue steel model 36's with a square butt.

With an empty cylinder, cock the hammer and now try to wiggle the cylinder. If it wiggles at all, you don't want that gun! It will side blast, shave lead at the forcing cone because it is out of time!

If it passes the tests, it's worth $400 all day long. That said I would start low and see where the price goes from there.

I almost always try to whittle down the asking price, but in this case if the seller didn't budge I'd take it.

Does it have a flat latch? If so don't let it get away.

What's to think about ? I would watch a monkey play with a football
for $400. I am looking forward to a range report.

Looks like a dandy. Congratulations.

I'd put it late '62 - early '63.
