Default Model 36-3 3"

I picked this model 36 up at Cabelas yesterday. It was in a case of other nice Smith revolvers that's seemed overpriced to me. The 36 was crowded into the back corner with a price of $349.99. I've always wanted a 3" J Frame and the price did not seem entirely unreasonable. No box or papers with this one. I'm going to try to find some rosewood stocks to replace the pachmeyers. I'm entering this in the "worst photographer on the forum" competition.

That is a very good price for a 3 inch 36. Most I see, and don't see them all that often, are in the $500 plus range. Every once in a while there is a deal at Cabelas but not very often. Well done. I'm in no position to comment on photo quality but you might try outdoors in the shade, seems to help some of my attempts.

Very good price on one of the best concealed carry revolvers out there. Well done.

Thanks, folks. I've wanted one for a while. I haven't seen many good buys at Cabelas. I guess it pays to stroll through every now and then

You got a great deal.

Here's my 36-3 Lady Smith (about $500 in the plastic case).

Cheers
